-
Accessing or attempting to access data, systems, or accounts that the user is not authorized to access.
-
Conducting or attempting to conduct any penetration testing, security scanning, security assessment, or vulnerability assessment of the SHC's systems or networks without obtaining the SHC's prior written authorization, or circumventing, disabling, or bypassing any security or authentication controls and procedures.
-
Attempting to interfere with the service provided to any user, host, or network, including, but not limited to, introducing malicious software, carrying out denial-of-service attacks or flooding systems with requests, or engaging in any activity that may disrupt the website or adversely affect its availability or performance.
-
Sending unsolicited emails to the SHC, including promotional messages and/or advertisements for products or services; forging any Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) packet header or any part of the header information in any email message; or sending newsgroup messages.
-

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, including any policies, controls, or service-specific terms expressly referred to herein in relation to the services provided through the Saudi Health Council website, together with the relevant applicable laws, regulations, and directives, constitute the entire framework governing the use of the website and the services available through it and govern the relationship between the SHC and the user insofar as such use is concerned. Within their scope, these Terms of Use supersede any prior understandings, correspondence, representations, or arrangements between the SHC and the user relating to the use of the website, whether written or oral, unless an effective agreement or specific term applicable to a particular service provides otherwise. In the event of any conflict between any provision of these Terms of Use and any specific terms governing a particular service offered through the website, the specific terms applicable to that service shall prevail to the extent of such conflict and to the extent necessary to govern that service, unless these Terms of Use are expressly stated to take precedence. The SHC's failure or delay in exercising any right granted to it under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Nor shall an express waiver of any right or of any particular breach constitute a waiver of any other right or of any prior or subsequent breach. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, pursuant to a judgment or decision issued by a competent authority, such effect shall be limited to the affected provision or part thereof, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent that they do not conflict with the applicable laws and regulations. No provision of these Terms of Use shall be construed in a manner that excludes or restricts any right or obligation that may not lawfully be excluded or restricted. These Terms of Use shall, in all cases, be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
