This service allows individuals to exercise their rights as stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, by enabling them to submit requests related to their personal data to the Saudi Health Council. The service contributes to enhancing transparency and trust, and supports the entity's commitment to complying with the data protection requirements overseen by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

Service Level Agreement

Visit the website of the Saudi Health Council.
From the main menu, click on the e-services icon.
Click on the Personal Data Owners link.
Fill out the application form.
Send the request to the following email address: data@shc.gov.sa

The applicant must be the owner of the data.

Applicant data:

Full name.
National ID number or residence number.
Contact information (mobile number, email).
The applicant's status (data owner / legal representative / guardian).
If applying through an agent: Attach a copy of the legal power of attorney or official authorization.

Order details:

Specify the type of right to be exercised (knowledge / access / correction / destruction / objection / restriction / transfer).
Clarify the data, system, or service to which the data relates.
A brief description of the reason for the request.
In case of correction or destruction: Provide proof of the validity of the alternative data or the justification for the deletion.

Identity verification:

A copy of the national identity card, residence permit, or a reliable electronic verification method (Nafath).
Any additional verification method adopted by the entity in accordance with information security policies.
