The "Nahrasab" Health Research and Studies Portal is a national health research database that provides a platform for researchers to share and access research data, aiming to facilitate the reuse of available health research data in accordance with ethical research standards.

Service Level Agreement

  • Sign in to the platform (or register as a new user if you don’t have an account).
  • Go to Published Research Projects.
  • Select the desired project and click Details to view its information.
  • Click Request Data Access to start a new request.
  • Complete all required fields and upload the supporting documents.
  • Save and submit the request for review.
  • Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days. If any documents are missing, you will be notified to correct and resubmit.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a notification by email and SMS. You can then download the data file from your account (available for 14 business days only).
  • All required documents must be submitted completely and accurately.
  • The Data Use Agreement must be signed, and the user must comply with ethical standards for research.
  • The data must be used solely for research purposes, as specified in the submitted proposal.
  • The approved data must be downloaded within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the applicant.
  • Research Proposal.
  • Institutional Review Board (IRB) Approval.
  • Signed and dated Data Use Agreement (DUA) – (the template can be downloaded from the application page, signed, and then re-uploaded along with the required documents).
