تأسس المركز الوطني للقلب بناء على قرار المجلس الصحي السعودي رقم 1/73 بتاريخ 02/06/2016م، ليكون المرجع الوطني لتطوير الرعاية الصحية القلبية بالمملكة ومكافحة أمراض القلب وتصلب الشرايين.
