The program aims to:
A. Develop national capacities in the areas of disaster preparedness, management and mitigation.
B. Design and monitor an accurate list of available health facilities at the level of different regions and cities to build a work system and a rapid communication system to communicate with all sectors.
C. Monitor and determine the nature and degree of potential natural disasters, industrial accidents and seasonal special accidents (Hajj and Umrah) and determine the frequency and occurrence annually.D. Create a system for facilities in the field of disaster response into categories in terms of readiness and preparedness.

The study consists of two aspects:
A. Developing guidelines for the relationship between the public and private sectors and the mechanism and aspects of partnership between the public and private sectors.
B. Developing a pilot training program to build understanding and skills for dealing with the private sector, and then marketing the training program after the success of the experiment to government sectors.Study objectives:

It aims to establish procedures and policies for coordination between health sectors and at various levels of service, so that patient referral is facilitated to receive the best service at the lowest costs in effective and rapid ways.

A national project was prepared under the name of the National Plan for the Development of the Practice of Psychologists and Psychotherapy during the year 2017-2018 to prepare a modern integrated plan for the systems and standards for the practice of psychologists and the practice of psychotherapy, to set quality indicators, to identify the regulatory bodies authorized by law to monitor health in all its forms and specialties, and to identify the various relevant coordinating bodies, within a comprehensive goal to enhance efforts aimed at improving the practice of psychologists and the practice of psychotherapy to be a health service with standard quality according to scientific requirements and to provide its services with high quality through specialized and various health service outlets and to all residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Program objectives:Preparing a modern integrated plan for the systems and standards for the practice of psychologists and the practice of psychotherapy at three levels:
A. Education and training
B. Legislation and regulations
C. Psychological practice and treatment

The program aims to coordinate between sectors in the use of high-cost medical devices and equipment, which are available in one or a limited number of health sector units, including the private sector, so that they are utilized to their full potential, in terms of:


A. Identifying high-cost medical devices and equipment and determining their geographical distribution, classification and coding.


B. Achieving integrated management of health technology (vertically).


C. Establishing a mechanism for coordination between sectors in the use of high-cost medical devices and equipment.

The program aims to:
A. Evaluate the health status of the community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
B. Study the possibility of community members accessing health services in various health sectors.
C. Measure the level of response of the health system in the Kingdom in each of the outpatient clinics, hospitalization, home care services, and other health services.

Program Objectives:
A. Applying quality management and patient safety systems and principles based on globally proven mechanisms in addition to spreading the culture of quality within healthcare institutions.
B. Involving all healthcare sectors in developing and embracing this culture and developing the required competencies for it.
C. Enhancing the national accreditation program to be comparable to similar international accreditation bodies.
