With reference to the Royal Decree No. 47479 dated 01/08/1443H, regarding breast milk substitutes, and the formation of a committee under the Saudi Health Council representing the health sectors with the following tasks:
- - Establish a policy for the mechanism of providing milk substitutes in healthcare facilities across all sectors, in compliance with the existing regulations, and circulate it to the health sectors for implementation.
- - Monitor the health sectors' implementation of the system for handling breast milk substitutes.
- - Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the council.
