Based on the Council’s decision in its two meetings held on 1/29/1428 and 30/3/1428 AH based on the recommendations of the minutes of the committee charged by the Council to study the issue of blood banks and stem cells taken from umbilical cord blood, and in the committee’s twentieth meeting corresponding to 06/1437/ 14 AH The “National Committee for Blood Transfusion and Stem Cell Services” recommended separating blood and stem cell banks.​
