بناء على قرار المجلس رقم (1/98) وتاريخ 13/11/1443هـ، والقاضي بالموافقة على تعميم الإجراءات التنفيذية لضوابط السماح للممارسين الصحيين الحكوميين بالعمل في القطاع الخاص خارج أوقات العمل الرسمي، وتشكيل لجنة من جميع القطاعات الصحية بالمجلس الصحي السعودي؛ معنية بتقييم ومتابعة ومراجعة تطبيق هذه الضوابط والإجراءات التنفيذية لها.
